We present consecutive journal related to architecture – pre-war illustrated monthly journal “Architecture and Building Engineering”. It was edited till 1939 by Warsaw Association of Architects (Warszawskie Koło Architektów). It adduced modern polish architecture and world architecture development directions prevailed in those days.

„Warsaw Library. Journal devoted to sciences, arts and industry” was edited in Warsaw in years 1841-1914. It was monthly, high level journal with a lot of readers. Antoni Szabrański, Kazimierz Władysław Wójcicki, Jóżef Weyssenhoff and Adam Krasiński were the editors. Tadeusz Korzon, Piotr Chmielowski, Aleksander Bruckner cooperated with the paper. It was the only one general science periodical after the January Uprising (till 1876), when on command of tsar authorities, a lot of scientific institutions were closed down.
